GF Film Granulator
The GF Film Granulator is unique in that it is used for grinding sheets and film consisting of BOPP, BOPET, BOPA, PP, PS, PVC, PE, PC. It has the option to be equipped with a roll feeder that feeds the material into the machine. It’s easy to perform routine maintenance and has “V” or “X” shaped knives to help deliver evenly cut regrinds.

SG Shredding Grinding Combi
SG Shredding Grinding Combi series is a machine that can both granulate and shred material to your desired size. As the material enters the hopper it will meet the rotor containing multiple shredding knives to help grind up the material. It will also meet the bed knives in place to help grind up those bigger shreds into smaller pieces.

WG Wet Granulator
The WG Wet Granulator Series is a system ideal for bottles and containers that contain contaminate inside them that need to be rinsed out. As the material is fed through the wash nozzles spray the regrinds to rinse off the contaminate. The material is then met by the rotor to be grinded up to the desired size needed.

Stack System
The Stack System is a remarkable system of Avian that combines a Single Shaft Shredder and a Granulator together as one. The Shredder is stacked on top of the Granulator and the material is fed through the Shredder which is then fed directly into the Granulator to produce the size regrind you require.
