At the upcoming NPE 2018 and CHINAPLAS 2018 show, Avian will release a brand new Solid Plastics Recycling Machine— a large diameter shredder and granulator combination size reduction system (also known as “Shred & Grind Combi”). This machine is available in 3 different series with 7 models.

Avian’s focus is on the user’s investment, energy, occupied space, manpower, and maintenance cost savings. This focus led us to combine both the features of a shredder and granulator. Now, one piece of equipment can finish the assignment of one shredder and one granulator. This greatly reduces customers’ equipment investment while making the machine more compact and easier to maintain. The costs of wear parts are largely reduced and decreases energy consumption by 30%.

Avian’s “Shred and Grind Combi” machine can be applied to a wide variety of HDPE and PVC pipes, pipe connections, large bulk materials, and thick wall plastic molding or profile products.
