GL Low Speed Granulator
The GL Low-Speed Granulator is our most compact and convenient machine for granulating injection molded plastic. This machine’s multiple blades produce very small fines while consuming a small amount of energy. It is best used in applications that involve small pieces of molded plastic, spure parts, ABS, and PVC. Routine maintenance is simple due to easy access to the internal parts.

G50 Medium Sized Granulator
The G50 Medium Sized Granulator is a machine used to granulate solid purgings, baled fiber, cast blocks, rubber tires, haystack film, blocks, rods, and heavy wall fittings. It has easy access to the chamber for routine maintenance.

G60/G70 Standard Heavy Duty Granulator
The G60/G70 is our Standard Heavy Duty Granulator that is ideal for foam, baled fiber, post-consumer bottles, film fibers, bumpers, and instrument panels. As the material goes through and meets the high strength knives, they slice through the material to your desired size. The Hydraulic motor that helps open and closes the hopper makes for easy access to the interior of the machine for routine maintenance.

G100 T-Rex Granulator
The G100 T-Rex Granulators are specifically designed to meet the needs of the very large and demanding applications. The T-Rex comes equipped with a large chamber opening which is able to feed wide sheets of film, PET, PVC, bumpers, and rubber tires to be grinded. There are a variety of heavy duty motors available to handle large output requirements while at the same time being energy efficient.
